WellU Reporting and Deadlines

WellU activity completions must be reported through the Health Plan Administrator, or our University Community Partners (Osher Center for Integrative Health, PEAK Health & Fitness, Campus Recreation Services, RedMed, TIAA, Fidelity, and Huntsman Cancer Institute).

Reminders:

  • We are only able to give WellU credit for activities that are listed on our WellU website or WellU Requirements Flyer.
  • With the exception of flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, activities cannot be self-reported by employees.
  • Please allow up to 90 days for activities to appear on your WellU Participation Tracker due to processing and reporting timelines.
  • If your activity has not been recorded after 90 days, email WellU@utah.edu for assistance.

Avoid Delays — Complete Requirements Early

  • To ensure your WellU discount is applied as soon as possible, we recommend completing all requirements well before the deadline.
  • If you are currently receiving the WellU discount, it will remain in place through the August 7th This grace period allows time for completion reports—specifically for activities completed by July 1—to be received and processed.
  • If you are not currently receiving the discount, it will be applied once all requirements have been met and confirmed by the WellU team. The discount is not retroactive and will not be applied to previous pay periods.

Participation requirements for new employees vary depending on your hire date. Please refer to the New Hires/Enrollees section on our website.
