Verifications of hospital affiliation status can now be completed online free of charge on the following portal.
*As of 02/2022 the Medical Staff Office is no longer updating NAMSS Pass.

Please double check the spelling, AKA names, NPI etc. If you are still unable to locate your provider, they may have had a faculty appointment or otherwise been employed without having privileges through the medical staff office. Residents and Fellowship verifications are completed at the department level.
We are working diligently to update these fields on our end, if you need to confirm the department you may contact the Medical Staff Office directly either by email (MSO@hsc.utah.edu) or telephone (801-213-2747 ).
Our portal will only verify the most recent period of affiliation. If there are multiple periods of affiliation that need to be verified please contact the Medical Staff Office at MSO@hsc.utah.edu or 801-213-2747 to verify historical dates.
