PREFERRED REALTOR PROGRAM
The university has entered into a Preferred Realtor partnership to provide a benefit for employees. Through this partnership, employees and prospective employees will have access to one of Utah’s top Realtors®, Joel Carson, to help provide top-notch real estate services, education, and advice. Joel can assist those who are ready to buy, sell, invest, or get more information about the real estate market in Utah.
The Preferred Realtor Program includes multiple benefits for university employees:
- Commission rebate of 10%
- Access to Utah’s top Realtor®, Joel Carson, to assist in relocation, listing or purchasing a home, or any other real estate service
- Concierge service from Joel and his team
- A streamlined real estate process
