  • Vacation – 75% FTE or greater with 12-month appointment (prorated for less than 100% FTE)
    • Twenty-five days per year (may roll over up to 10 days into the next year)
    • Tracked by the department (not in the University timekeeping system)
    • Not paid out at termination of employment or retirement
  • Personal Preference Days – 50% FTE or greater (Pro-rated by date of eligibility)
    • Up to two days
  • Sick Leave – 75% FTE or greater (pro-rated for less than 100% FTE)
    • Eight hours per month
