Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions

  • I hereby apply for a reduction of tuition and fees and certify I am eligible for this benefit as set forth in University Policy 5-305 and Rule 5-305A. If I am found to be ineligible, I agree to pay the full amount of tuition and fees applicable to classes taken.
  • I understand that most UOnline programs are not eligible for employee reduced tuition benefits and that I may contact the UOnline success team with eligibility questions.
  • I understand that effective Fall 2024, this benefit does not apply to differential tuition for graduate-level courses.
  • I understand that graduate-level classes taken by my spouse or child may be taxable to me. If I apply for tuition reduction for my domestic partner or their children, all tuition benefits will be taxable to me.
  • I understand that children must be under age 26 on the first day of the semester and are not eligible for tuition reduction on non-credit Continuing Education courses.
  • I understand that I may be required to provide proof of eligibility if it cannot be determined through normal University procedures.
  • I understand that if I knowingly submit a request for an ineligible individual or provide false, incomplete, or misleading information, I will be required to repay any tuition benefits received and may be subject to corrective action up to and including termination of employment.
