Group Fitness (ESSF Classes)
Sign up for a semester long (or first/second half) fitness class through Continuing Education! Offerings include: Cycling, Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and many more.
Earning WellU Credit:
- Attend at least 6 of the group fitness classes throughout the semester to earn one WellU participation credit.
- Please email essf@utah.edu to let us know that you’ve registered for a class and would like to get credit for your participation. Include WellU in the subject line.
- When the class ends, your instructor will report your participation directly to us.

If Your Completion Is Missing:
If your completion is not reflected on your WellU Participation Tracker after 90 days, please contact Wellness@utah.edu for assistance.
