The Rose Park Dental Clinic, located in the Population Health Center, is accepting new patients and offers comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages.

*Although encouraged, employees are not required to visit a University of Utah dental clinic to receive WellU credit.

Tracking Your Completion:

Confirmation of completed dental exam and cleanings are reported by the Health Plan Administrator on a monthly basis. The WellU Team is not able to manually enter completion data.

If Your Completion Is Missing:

If your dental exam and cleaning does not appear on your WellU Participation Tracker after 90 days, please contact WellU@utah.edu for assistance.

Not Enrolled in University Dental Coverage?

If you are not enrolled in the University’s dental plan, you may still receive WellU credit. Please submit a billing statement from your dental provider to WellU@utah.edu. The statement must include:

• Your name
• Date of service
• Description of services received (e.g., exam and cleaning)
