Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Insomnia (CBT-I)
The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) group is intended for adults with insomnia, especially for those with difficulties that have lasted several months or more. These difficulties can include problems falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early, that negatively impact your quality of life.
This is a 5-week virtual group treatment. You’ll be asked to keep a sleep diary, and to make adjustments to your sleep habits and sleep behavior throughout the group. This treatment can work well for adults with other physical health or mental health conditions, and for people already being treated for other sleep conditions such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) or Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS).
If you’re wondering if you have one of these sleep conditions, such as OSA or RLS, but haven’t yet been diagnosed or treated for it, please talk to your primary care provider before signing up for this group.
