Work out or take a fitness class and tap your UCard when you access the facility. The first ten taps on different days will count as one WellU participation credit. Campus Recreation membership required – employee pays fitness class fees.

Fit 3D Body Scan

One scan will count as completion of one WellU participation credit. Use code STAFFSCAN when purchasing online for one free Fit 3D scan limited to one use per employee.

Please note Fit 3D Body Scan is closed during fall break, spring break, and between semesters.

Tracking Your Completion:

Activity completions are reported directly to the WellU Team on a monthly basis. The WellU Team does not have the ability to manually update WellU participation records.
